Our movement to win guaranteed health care for all in California is a multi-pronged effort. And right now, our strategy is focused on the ballot box.

We have an opportunity in California this year to elect candidates up and down the state who are CalCare champions. It is up to us to create the conditions necessary to pass single-payer legislation in Sacramento.

But we need your help. We’ve identified some of the most important races of this election cycle, and we’ll be reaching out to voters through texting and phone calling to relay our message and do our part to help these candidates win.
