Take action to pass the PRO Act: Join the PRO ACTion Team!

Frontline nurses, other health care workers, and community members are coming together with workers in other industries across the country to advocate for protections for working people and our right to organize unions and bargain collectively.

The Protecting the Right to Organize Act, H.R. 842, also known as the PRO Act, passed in the U.S. House of Representatives with a 225 to 206 vote. The U.S. Senate version of this bill, S. 420, is awaiting action. Powerful corporations and their allies in the Senate, however, are doing all they can to stop our progress. It will take all of us standing together to put enough pressure on the Senate to pass the PRO Act.
