Attend an in-person event to ask candidates/elected officials in your area to sign the Patients Over Profits Pledge, and commit to rejecting campaign donations over $200 from the corporate health care industry. You can read more about the pledge at www.patientsoverprofits.org
At this event, you’ll have the opportunity to ask multiple politicians to sign the pledge. We’ll give you all the training and support you need to be successful.

0000000000 - This Forum is an opportunity for community members to hear directly from individuals running for public office and learn about their vision This forum provides residents with the opportunity to hear directly from candidates running for local office and learn about their priorities, leadership perspectives, and vision for Baltimore County. Candidates running for the following offices have been invited to participate: Baltimore County Council Baltimore County Executive Baltimore County State's Attorney Baltimore County Sheriff Each candidate will be given an opportunity to introduce themselves and briefly share their priorities with attendees. Following introductions, the audience will have an opportunity to engage with candidates and hear responses to community questions. This forum is designed to create a respectful and informative space where residents can become more informed about the individuals seeking to serve their community. Five Star Women of Color is committed to empowering communities through education, dialogue, and civic engagement. We believe informed citizens help build stronger communities. The forum will conclude at approximately 7:45 PM, followed by a brief opportunity for networking. Admission This event is free and open to the public, but registration is encouraged.
